REFUND POLICY

Size issues? Damage issues? Changed your mind last minute? Don’t worry, we’ve all been there. Say hello to easy, breezy exchanges and returns with Buttéir.

You may initiate an exchange or a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your products must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn and unwashed, with the tags still attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at orders@butteir.com. Be sure to have your Order ID and Phone Number/Email ID ready.

 

EXCHANGES

We provide a complimentary, one-time exchange on any style, size, or colour to ensure your perfect fit and satisfaction.

Once we receive your package, a quick quality check will be conducted before we dispatch your exchange. You’ll be notified as soon as your new item is on its way.

The difference in the exchange amount will be credited back only in the form of store credit. For example, if you purchase a product for ₹2000 and exchange it for a product worth ₹1900, the ₹100 difference will be issued as store credit.

Note: Any discounts applied to the original purchase will not be applicable to exchanged items. The exchange will be processed at the full price of the new item.

 

RETURNS

A flat fee of ₹150 will be applied for all returns. This fee covers the shipping costs for returning products to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

You also have the option to ship the products back to us directly at the following address:

1104 Shantinath sudha park, Mumbai 400077.

For prepaid orders, you can choose to receive your refund either via Store Credit or by receiving the amount to your original payment method.

For COD transactions, you can choose to receive your refund via Store Credit, Bank Transfer, or UPI.

The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

To make the most of our exclusive promotions, we offer a flexible exchange policy. During these special events, customers are welcome to choose between an exchange or receiving a refund in the form of a gift card, ensuring you can enjoy future purchases with ease.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception. Do not accept an item if it isn’t properly sealed or packaged. Contact us at orders@butteir.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
